2. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern the sales of products offered on the website www.lebrunparis.com between the seller (Lebrun Paris) and any natural person making a purchase on the website (hereinafter “the Customer”).
3. Products
The products offered are described with the greatest possible accuracy (photos, descriptions, sizes, compositions).
Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website, within the limits of available stock.
4. Prices
The prices indicated are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included (incl. VAT), excluding delivery costs.
Lebrun Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of the order.
5. Order
The Customer validates their order after completing the online order form.
Any order placed implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
6. Payment
Payment is made online by bank card.
The order is considered final after confirmation of payment.
7. Delivery
The products are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order.
Indicative delivery times: 3 to 5 business days
Delivery costs are indicated before validation of the order.
Lebrun Paris may not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal & returns
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).
Return costs are borne by the Customer, except in the event of an error by Lebrun Paris (defective product or order error).
The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the return.
9. Legal warranties
The products benefit from the legal warranties of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
10. Liability
Lebrun Paris may not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products.
The seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
11. Personal data
The data collected is necessary for the processing of orders and the management of the customer relationship.
It is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.
12. Intellectual property
All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, design) are the exclusive property of Lebrun Paris.
Any reproduction, exploitation or use is prohibited without authorisation.
13. Applicable law & disputes
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
